Kettlebell One Arm Floor Press form demonstration - targeted for Pectorals Chest workouts

Kettlebell One Arm Floor Press

Pressing from the floor instead of a bench shortens the range of motion, which takes the shoulder out of the bottom position and puts more of the work on the triceps and chest lockout strength. The unstable single-arm load also forces the obliques and glutes to fight rotation the whole set. It's a useful option when you don't have a bench or want to dial back shoulder stress.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
